RURAL ELECTRIFICATION
Familiar with this term? I wasn't.
Even though my Dad was a Master Electrician.
This is a legacy organization that has survived since the 1920's or the 1930's as a part of a US law that helped bring electricity to the rural areas of the US.
In many states you will still find the original organization setup to administer the electric power are still around.
In parts of Indiana I'm told you can still see the signs hanging off of the side of the road saying
"Your are now entering the Dubois REC area"

IN BOSTON, (MANSFIELD) MA!
It was ELECTRIFYING! :-)
My son Ryan and I had the time of our lives!
He would like to go again, not that I wouldn't.
Ryan is now a 10 year old MELLENKID!
Only my second, It was Ryan's first concert!
We live in a small rural town, in the "Northeast Kingdom"
